Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email within 1–3 business days of purchase.
If you haven’t received tracking after that timeframe, contact us via the Contact page.


Processing & Delivery (Australia)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times (Australia Post estimates - may vary during busy periods):

  • Standard: 2–8 business days

  • Express: 1–4 business days


International Shipping

We're working on expanding to international shipping soon - stay tuned.


Changes to Your Order

Need to edit your order? Reach out ASAP via the Contact page.
After dispatch, changes may be limited.


Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will fix it.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email: pippa@unmiffed.com

  • Include your order number + photos

Items approved for return must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email pippa@unmiffed.com with issue + photos

  2. If approved, we will provide instructions and (if required) a pre-paid return label.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • We cover return shipping for faulty/incorrect items

  • No returns accepted for change of mind


Exchanges

Not offered due to hygiene reasons.
If your item is faulty/incorrect and approved for return, you can choose refund or replacement (subject to stock).


Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once your return is inspected

  • If approved, refunds are issued within 5 business days

  • Banks/payment providers may take up to 14 days to post funds

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order on arrival.
If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • No change-of-mind returns (hygiene)

  • Gift cards are non-refundable

  • We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (standard legal clause)


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Policy

If we ship to the EU in future, EU-based customers will have 14 days to cancel their order.
For hygiene products like socks, returns must be unworn, unopened, unused, in original packaging to qualify under EU consumer law.
